(title) Shigeru Mizuki's hand-drawn color shikishi "GeGeGe no Kitaro"
(size) 242×272mm

(starting bid price) 35,000 yen

(comment) A very satisfying piece depicting 3 popular characters: Kitaro, Eyedama's father, and Nezumi Otoko. It is painted with Mizuki's famous brush, and the pale coloring really enhances its charm. "Graveyard Kitaro" started in 1965, so it's amazing that a work from over 60 years ago is still popular (Tokudome)
