Everyday Auction!
The Mandarake Everyday Auction is our online auction site with a great selection of items from all of the Mandarake stores in Japan with items added every day. No items are added by third party sellers without the permission of Mandarake, so there is no risk of fake items. You can join the auctions without worrying about the safety of your items or your money.
Entry Procedure:
Unlike the Big Web Auction, there is no handling fee for items won on the Everyday Auction.
If this is your first time, please be sure to read the auction help pages carefully beforehand.
Auction results:
The item number, item name and winning price for each item will be shown on the auction web site. If you win our system will automatically send an email to you.
Payments:
Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) with 3D Secure;
PayPal (no e-checks, not available for adult items);
Alipay (not available for adult items)
Shipping:
The shipping fee will be calculated after each auction once your order has been placed. Please note that items from different store locations can not be combined and will be invoiced separately.
Busy Periods:
Due to the possibility of internet congestion for popular items, access to the site could be limited. Therefore we advise you to place your bid early to avoid missing out.

Mandarake Zenbu Big Web Auction
The Big Web Auction is a special online auction which is held 6 times a year: January, March, May, July, September and November.
Follow the instructions below to register for the Mandarake Big Web Auction!
Entry Procedure:
Entry Fee: 550 yen per event.
You can use the same Mandarake account for different Big Web Auctions event, but you will need to pay the entry fee each time.
New Customers:
Please register for a Mandarake account. You can then make your entry fee payment in the auction My Page area.
Current Customers:
Please log into your Mandarake account. You can then make your entry fee payment in the auction My Page area.
Auction results:
The item number, item name and winning price for each item will be shown on the auction web site. If you win our system will automatically send an email to you.
Payments:

★About Warranties:
Mandarake offers a free warranty for cels and original drawings that we put up for the auctions. Although we guarantee a full refund, we offer this warranty only for items with a start cost higher than 10,000 yen.
In addition, we will send you a copy of the guarantee of the item only if the item you won has a warranty. This copy guarantees the refund of the starting price, not the winning price.
★Sales Tax and Shipping
We do not charge domestic sales tax for items shipped internationally, but the shipping cost will vary. We will inform you about the total cost by email. Please note that this does not include any import fees you may have to pay when your item arrives.
★Additional Fees:
The winners have to pay 10% of the winning price as a handling fee.
Example: If the winning price is 10,000 yen, there will be additional fee of 1,000 yen.
