(comment) The Batman was produced in 1966 by Nomura Toy, then in Kuramae, Taito-ku, Tokyo. Nomura's production side made this as a prototype in connection with a 1966 Fuji TV broadcast of "Strange Bird Man Batman" but it was rejected by the president. Since Tetsujin No. 28 (No 1) had already been made of tin for walking, the molds had been made in the right way, but with the president's words, "have little impact" the molds were changed to large Batman tin later.

The large Batman model is also used for "Planetary Mask No.1".

Iron workers are also getting bigger and bigger, especially No. 2 is made of big tin.

There are small scratches, but the tin on the body and sofvi on the head are fine. The print is original and has been kept clean, but originally there was no cape. The legendary Batman was owned by a collector but borrowed by Kitahara (Representative, TOYS CO., LTD.) and stayed on for a while.

However, it was returned later, the owner changed, and it is listed in this auction.
Among the "BATMAN" which has a worldwide collector, there is almost no item of the existing confirmation 1, and it is certain that the 1940 issue of "# 1 BATMAN" (DC Comics) is an item which the collector would envy, but this spring walking prototype Batman of Nomura will surely be an even rarer super collection item.
