(comment) May 1, 1923, more than 100 years ago. This is a postcard commemorating the start of the route from Wakkanai to Tai. There are five of them, but they have been in possession of Nanta since 1905. The postcard shows the Tsushima Maru, which has been in service on the Wakamari ferry since 1923. Tsushima Maru ran aground in 1925. The envelope is broken, but the postcard pattern and photos remain beautiful (Makoto Yamamoto)
