(comment) Strange thriller, Shounen Shoujo Manga 56
"Shirei" is the first work to be released the year after his debut work "Kogarashi Kenshi" in 1957, and is known to be still reprinted even though many past works are being re-recorded and reprinted. The title on the cover of the book is "Dead Spirit", but the title in the front door part of the book is "Shadow of Curse". Set in Showa Japan, just before the end of the Pacific War, the film depicts the protagonist's parents and children struggling with the thoughts of the dead that repeatedly attack them, and then challenging themselves to fight. Although it is not clear why the book has not been re-recorded or reprinted for a long time since it first appeared, it is believed that the vividness and seriousness of the depiction of the military oppressing the people of nothing in the Southern Ocean during the war, which is inserted as a recollection of the main character's father in the first half of the story, may have contributed to the delay in reprinting. The true identity of the immortal spirit revealed at the end of the story is a gimmick similar to the later Shiratsuchi ninja. However, the existence of a spirit that repeatedly dies in the play is vivid, and the protagonist's actions to dismiss it without hesitation are quite shocking. This area may be the reason for not being reprinted. This is a problematic work that raises the reader to think about harmony by raising the negative circle of frustration, in which revenge is called revenge. ,There are some scalding and color on the back, but it is a precious piece with cover (Kubo) ,
