(comment) A two-page spread manuscript included in the doujinshi "Just Drunk and Totally Wet" from Winter Comiket 2004. The setting is that a boy boards a machine and confronts mysterious machines in a desert world, and several image visuals were specially drawn for the doujinshi. Kentaro Miura, known as the author of the dark fantasy landmark "Berserk," was also influenced by the SF boom that swept Japan in the late 1970s, and it is clear at a glance that from his junior high school days through the early stages of his professional debut, he was deeply immersed in SF works. Although he ultimately blossomed as a talent in fantasy manga, true to the phrase "Someday SF!!!" written in the self-published booklet in question, this illustration conveys Miura Kentaro's lifelong admiration for SF. The period when it was drawn was early in the Millennium Falcon arc, and it contains the essence of pen drawings made with mature drawing techniques (Yamatani).
