(comment) This set includes all 57 issues of serialization notice , covering the 56 installments of the series that ran from the April 1987 Edition to the December 1991 Edition(with a break in the October Issue ), as well as the March 1987 issue which contained the series announcement. For the paperback edition, the 56 installments have been restructured into 60 chapters, with additions and revisions, and the final installment is newly written. Many of the color and monotone illustrations from the original serialization are not included in the paperback edition, and since no further books on Gaia Gear have been published since, there are many things that can only be seen in this Newtype magazine. Those who own the Paperback Version may find it interesting to compare the differences with the original serialization. (Hirashima)
