(comment) Local toys of Kumamoto. This karakuri doll has a black eboshi, red face, and wooden handle.Its eyes move when you pull the string, and its tongue sticks out. Comparing the two items, 0431 is considered to be a relatively old distribution item because the label only says "Ghost Kinta'' and the box and printing are simple. On the other hand, box 0432 clearly states "Higo Traditional Toy Ghost Kinta" and appears to be a standard product from later years, with packaging designed to be used as a souvenir or folk art item. Although the exact year of release cannot be determined, it is highly likely that the blue box was produced and sold first, and the red and white striped box was distributed later. Based on the phone number, the blue box is estimated to be from the late 1950s to 1950s, and the red and white striped box is estimated to be from 1961 (Nishihama).
