(comment) Mattel's SHOGUN WARRIORS was started in 1977 as a series of poppy products imported from Japan and sold in the United States. Until the contract ended in 1980, we sold products such as Chogokin, Jumbo Machinder, and Popinica. The Shogun version of Godzilla stands at 49cm, 7cm larger than the Japanese version, with bright yellow claws standing out against its characteristic deep green skin, and its more ferocious expression has also been adapted for overseas use. It is packed with gimmicks that condense the playfulness of the time, such as a tongue imitating a flamethrower, a right fist that can be fired, and wheels on the soles of the feet. It's hard to find a complete product because it wasn't sold domestically (Koshizaki)
