(comment) Some may wonder why Rui Hanaka is featured in the Doraemon special, but the answer can be found in Takeshi Ebihara's illustration in issue 2919. The man in sunglasses coloring Doraemon is none other than Rui Hanaka from his days as an assistant at Fujiko Studio. He was active as a coloring professional, including the cover illustration of the first volume of the Tentomushi Comics Doraemon series. This manuscript was created after he became an independent professional manga artist, and you can see his commitment to finishing the work using watercolor alone, avoiding solid lines as much as possible (Yamatani).
