In this particular round, Hirohiko Araki was the judge, and the special prize was this sketchbook. It's not a single-stroke marker drawing: the facial expression of Josuke Higashikata is drawn with a separate pen, making it a drawing of Josuke Higashikata that's almost indistinguishable from the original manuscript.
