(comment) This is a test/quiz question posed by Osamu Tezuka. It's a single sheet titled "Tonchi University Proficiency Test Questions (1)". When you hear "Tonchi University", you might think of the variety show "Tonchi University" that aired on NHK Radio 1 for 19 years starting in 1949 (Showa 24), or the feature page titled "Tonchi University" that appeared every month in Kobunsha's monthly manga magazine "Shonen" (the serialization in "Shonen" predates the radio broadcast, starting in 1948 and continuing until around the end of 1955, a period of 7 years. After the radio broadcast began, articles with related content were also featured). Speaking of "Shonen", it was a publication medium with which Tezuka had a particularly close relationship, as it serialized "Ambassador Atom Atom" from 1951, followed by "Astro Boy (Tetsuwan Atom)". The details of the handwritten "Practical Examination Questions" being offered for sale, such as where they were published, are unknown, and there is a possibility that they are unused manuscripts. However, the title suggests that they may have been prepared for publication in the aforementioned "Shonen" magazine, making them all the more intriguing (Kubo).
